being home is nice – there’s absolutely nothing to do except hang out in this rad house with the family – when you go outside at night it’s totally quiet

a lot of my friends are from chicago – or ohio – or boston – most of them live in or near some type of urban area – I have a hard time explaining that I really did grow up in the woods – however, it’s not totally backwoods stuff (even though my folks’ house is about 1/2 a mile from paved road) – check out these pink guns!

my little brother/step-father’s dog died today
she was a good dog – a “newfoundland rock hound” (she was always chewing on rocks) – she had some health problems for the last few years
*sigh*
